oh no..i was talking about the Hottentotta when i said about 1/4 of an inch over 1 inch with the tail included...its just weird about the Hottentotta though because there are no dark stripe type things...the mesosoma is just slightly darker than the rest of the body.

as for the jacksoni, he's only about 1 1/2 inches.

The H. conspersus is not a common scorpion in the pet trade. I'll bet you've got an H. trilineatus. I'd definitely like pics, though.
