Help me identify the sex of my four Asian scorpions (H Silenus)

Scorp challenged here. 4 = male. Maybe? (19 pectines, the rest have about 16.)

1.Female (shorter pectine feathers, small chela tooth, fem operculum)
2.Male (long pectine feathers, large tooth, male looking operculum)
3.Male (see #2)
4.Juvenile male (long pectine feathers, medium tooth (larger than a female), male looking operculum)
