Heat Question?

OK my question is do others of you have T's that seek out heat pads? I had a heat pad on my T tank but upon receiving to Milli's I have started using one pad divided between the 2 tanks. Which actually only gives about 25% of the pad to both tanks. So this ended up being on the opposite of the tank as before and it seems that several mornings she is located on top of the heat source? Any comments? Or thoughts?

My redknee sits right next to the heating pad for most of the night, and my zebra tends to stay on the side with the heater all the time.

I split one heat pad between 8 containers and find 5 seek out the heat source most of the time. The exceptions are my G rosea which only climbs the glass to the heat occasionally and my two male smithi never seem to seek it out. Interesting is my two female smithi sit on the heat most of the time.:?
