Hello. New to this site so hope I am posting in the right place. I have just started keeping Headlight cockroaches but I cannot find any information on how long they live. Help would be appreciated. Thanks.

L.subcincta males can live for around one year I believe, whereas females can live two to four years, (four year old females are very rare, but interestingly they can keep creating broods even at that age, most female roaches lose their reproductive abilities a while before they start pushing the limits of their longevity).

Warmer temps will speed up their life cycle, cooler temps will increase their longevity. If you're looking to breed them you should keep them at around 75F° at least.
