Pamphobeteus Insignis is quite rare as far as I know.
Someone I know online also happens to have a mature female Grammostola Sp. Maule, which was the first time i heard about that species.

A moorei aren't in the hobby, who knows if they ever will be, the area they're endemic to is heavily controlled by the cartel, locals won't step foot there.
Yes but the 'locals' aren't eccentric AB members.

I'm imagining a bunch of T enthusiasts tramping around armed to the teeth with guns and catch-cups. It would be a good time.

Tbh I'd be willing to risk getting shot to bring a new species into the hobby, and I'm sure there's others who are way more fanatical than me.

That's a common name from a reptile/pede keeper.

I knew that, I know he keeps some inverts and is primarily reptile oriented, but I just figured it'd give some context to the T! Love the sleek blackness combined with the webbing that's typical of Chilobrachys, seems like an awesome tarantula.

haha well that's why we don't use common names at all I suppose, I searched and couldn't find anything on this T for awhile but was probably due to me entering different combinations of black mountain and tarantula:banghead:. Thank you for giving me the proper name of this gorgeous species though! Any chance it'll be available in the US? I've never seen one for sale thus far.

Well, i don't know what it is. But those are two popular black chilos. Both aren't too expensive I think.

Schizopelma sp Colima

Google image search that, it looks crazy! There's this girl on flickr called yvonne.spidergirl who seem to have the rarest of tarantulas. The Phlogiellus pelidnus "Kinabalu Mountain blue" I posted before was also something I found out about from her flickr.

Aphonopelma moorei is officially in the hobby. Someone paid probably a ton and got a adult female, probably from Poland.

Phormingochilus sp Sabah blue.

Ornithoctoninae sp Malaysian blue. Or Haplopelma robustum. Not a burrower.

Hysterocrates elephantasis. One day perhaps..

Stromatopelma cf. satanas. Possibly fumigatum. Fresh to the hobby.

Some scam artist been trying to sell “CB” slings.
It was on Facebook. I didn't screenshot the moorei. But the person picked up a Cotztetlana sp Puebla with it. I can send you the guys name if you want.

Neochilobrachys sp. thailand - a dwarf species I got by accident. I ordered a female chilobrachys fimbriatus from a dealer who had already sold it and forgot to take it off their site, so they refunded my money and sent the Neochilobrachys sling for free. You can look it up on Google image but it's kind disappointing appearance wise. It's also a big time pet hole, I've seen its entire body twice - when I first got it and when I rehoused. About the only thing it has going for it is its obscurity.
