Kelly. Did you go to the post office and have them check and see if it has been cashed? This has been done for me before. I really think you should go do that since he may be just stalling. He claims not to have cashed yours so it may help to know one way or the other.

I called the post office in Msss. today.
My moneyorder is on it's way back to me.
The guy said there is another one thier that will be mailed back as well.
So if you sent a MO. to the 86 Greenwood address it could be on it's way back.

Brian. The money orders that went to that address never left the post office right? The address did not exist so never got into "Robert's" hands. So for those of you that sent to 386 Taunton Ave may need to take some further steps to get you $$$ back.

The address does exist. There was nobody home to sign for them.

Right, the 86 greenwood address exists in Seekonk and Pamela Hoss is listed there. But he told some people to ship to that address but in the wrong town (not seekonk) and that's way some other MO's got sent back, bc the address did not exist.

They told me ,as long as the zip is right it will get there.

Everyone involved in this needs to download this form, make copies of their evidence and file a complaint with these three agencies!!!!!!

I have printed all of my emails, have a copy of the front and back of the cashed money order, the postal receipt and delivery, as well as the ad from petbugs and info from this thread. I will be filing complaints tomorrow. This is internet fraud and he needs to be caught and punished. I have addressed my complaint as being against Scott Robbins, who cashed the money order, "Robert Lambskein", and Alexander Hoss. I believe he used a fake name and in doing such believes he will not be caught. Lets show him otherwise!!!!!

AT A MINIMUM, I EXPECT THE SAME FROM YOU. Also, I will be filing a complaint for internet fraud since you initiated this crime via internet. At this point, I would like a refund NOT AN EXCUSE. I have been keeping an eye on Ebay. He is registered under his e-mail address. On Feb. 13 and 14, he bought something. I wonder if he is trying to run a game on there as well?
