I have a harpactira and it was called a daniskul(probably miss spelling it)and I can't find any information on it....I'm not looking for a care guide or anything but location and adult pics for myself.... anyone know if they changed the name of them or anything like that....

Research the spider buying it ensures you are already ready to give it the best care you can. If you don't know the species, I would go to the vendor first and ask what you purchased. Otherwise, you can Google "biological species Harpactira", or post a picture in the identification section.

The care wasn't the issue...I was looking for the direct location to start building a custom enclosure that will fit better than just dry sub and a hide and water dish....I really love all of my harpactira sp that I currently have but this one is just different....I did manage to find a post on here once I got the spelling right...it talked about them being discovered in a park and named after a school

No worries....I got it because of that very reason lol...the pictures I have seen of them as adults show them as almost pulchra black with the harpactira markings....like a really dark dictator....mine is still a small sling that has been in premolt for what seems like forever

Step one: Figure out what species you have (H. sp Danielskuil).

Step two: Profit ;)

Its an undescribed dwarf species from the western interior of South Africa. Its found in rocky terrian with deep sandy soils and where it often constructs a borrow or scrape under rocks. The general climate of the region is very hot and dry with cold winters

Careful. Dwarf is a relative and subjective term. If all I keep are 10"+ DLS Poecilotheria ornata, then by extension I could consider a 5" DLS Poecilotheria metallica a dwarf species and I wouldn't be wrong. Just my two cents, but it's best to stick to actual measurements ;) .

Haha well to put in perspective they are the smallest of the genus and dont grow bigger than 7 cm so a dwarf in my eyes

I'm guessing that's a BL measurement and not a DLS measurement?
