I have a ~4cm body length female H. pulchripes, could she be adult?
by body do you mean just the carapace or both carapace and abdomen? Sorry, we go by DLS in the states and I'd say 5"-6" would be adult in that regards, have no idea about body size in relation to age

The best way to determine maturity in females is if the spermatheca is sclerotized (check the exuvia from the last molt). If you have been monitoring previous exuvia for changes, you could consider her a "young adult" at the first show of hardening.
