Mine has been very docile, a little bolting if I disturb to much of the webbing but otherwise very easy to take care of. Always out sitting on the web. Dru sub and a water dish on the opposite end of the enclosure from the hide so if I accidentally overfill it won't run into the hide.

Old thread, but extremely easy to care for and a good introduction into ow’s IMO. Only issue I have run into with any attitude was during rehousing, otherwise it just hunkers down in place when I refill the water bowl or do maintenance stuff.

It is mindblowing to see, that 1 inch size unsexed pulchripes sling’s prices went down $90 to $4 from 2018 to 2023. Tarantula breeding is a amazing hobby but terrible business.

My friend, you did not see everything then. Price: 1 inch DLS is $4 per each if you buy 100 pcs. at least. Location: Hungary, Europe.
I never lie. I am not a politician. I am selling spiders. Different business.
All the best.

Where the heck are you finding them for $4?
Hungary Europe. You guys overseas can’t believe how low the prices for these very common species in East Europe. I am not speaking about X immanis or like but prices of so many common tarantula species are in the basement. A. geniculata after first molt slings are about $1.2. L. parahybana is about $1 for slings. Even B. hamorii slings are around $6.
Many breeders here without access to overseas market. I know it well because I am one of them. 😀👍
