You have a couple of options. You can leave the egg sac with the mother and let her care for it. She will roll it around to reposition the eggs. After about 90 days (with a G. rosea) you can remove it and open the egg sac to separate the spiderlings. If you use this option, I suggest opening the egg sac yourself, rather than letting it open with the mother. It will be easier for you to separate them if you open it. I stringly suggest you get a copy of The Tarantula Keeper's Guide prior to your attempting to mate your T. It has great information regarding breeding T's.
