It's a pretty nice terrarium for sure, but is kind of on the large side. Though it's definitely not necessary to house one (GBB) in such a large enclosure, it's ultimately up to you as the keeper to decide what's more comfortable for both you and your T. I would say go for it if it's a more active specimen, and seems like it would actually make use of all of the extra space. They do love to web everything up, and climb a bunch as well as roam the floors.
I personally would rather use this one:

2 feet tall is pretty tall. I know people keep GBBs in semi-arboreal setups, but that's tall enough that I'd feel uncomfortable with it personally. My suggestion, since it's a "Sri Lanka" enclosure, put a tarantula from Sri Lanka in one. A large female Poecilotheria ornata would be particularly nice in one.

Pretty nice setup but definitely a little large. Plus if the all that decoration is what you like about it then remember that will all soon be covered by the GBB's extensive webbing.

Not really too big, but too tall.
Their 12x12x12, IMO, is just right.

Nice looking enclosure! I have my GBB in a more typical terrestrial set up but now I'm tempted to give him a bit more vertical space.

Darn I was afraid of hearing that. I originally was thinking of the 12x12x12 but then I saw that bad boy online and I was like a kid at a candy store for a second. Oh well maybe one say I'll own a pet that will be happily housed in the Sri Lanka kit.

Which ever exo-terra you choose, you can get either one at pestmart for alot less than what they have it for at petco. I cant find it online, but I was in petsmart yesterday and the 12*12*12 exo-terra invertabrete kit is $89.99. Thats the same price it has been the everytime I have been in there over the past year.

Screw the kit.

It comes with a fake plant, a poorly designed hide for spiders (IMO), a brick of sub, and a dish.
If you just get the bare bones one, it's significantly cheaper and you can get the other things for much less than what you would have paid otherwise!

These are very expensive as far as enclosures go however. If you can, try to find a used one.

Yeah Petsmart is usually cheaper than Petco I was just browsing for something different. Thanks for looking out for me though. :)
