Yes, in the US it is rare, but is not in the EU hobby circuit. They are for sale regularly in europe. Look in the link section for sites and if you can't find them, go to www.terraristik.com

This is not an ideal scorpion for a beginner, due to it's defensive disposition, they are not very tolerant to cagemates, but if you have some experience in rearing scorpions and do your homework, you could order some.
