Hello there I was just wondering from your experience what the best routine is for watering or misting a spiderling for this species

Same as any terrestrial sling.

Dampen substrate, wait for it to dry and dampen again....keep it simple.

At what stage do you add a water dish to your sling's enclosure?

But now I'm worried I'm feeding it too much as it's definitely filled out a bit. Keep in mind, you CANNOT over feed a spidering.....everything is going towards growth and they grow faster now than at any other point in life. Just be aware of when it's pre-molt and stop feeding at this point...

Best water dish for slings (IMO)

A bunch of people use Poland Spring water bottle caps which are very shallow and dry out easily. Others use tattoo ink caps, including myself in some instances. They work nice for very small slings. I find the best style water bottle cap is the one pictured. You can find these at Walmart in...

I use legos, and or moss. Depends on situation. with a part of enclosure moist. Not over wet.
