So much for popping thru molts. These guys have not molted since I posted last July even tho the bug room is 72-80, night to day. I was starting to think that the knock on G. pulchra as a slow grower was overblown.

Still eating and now sporting huge bubble butts.

I hope to sex some with the next molt, perhaps not quite big enough with the tools I have.

I feel your pain, I got a sling on Oct 2,07' and nothing to date, huge butt, but nothing else.

On the day I recived him

And two months ago, his butt is even bigger now, but no molt:?

These buggers are slow growers.

I received two in October also and still haven't had a molt. I'm afraid to feed them, they look like they are going to pop.

Finally they begin to molt. Here goes the first one. I won't be able to get pics of it coming out as I have to leave shortly.

Ditto. Are your 2 coming from James? Cuz that's where the 2 of mine are coming from in the first week of April. Can't wait, slow growers or not! The pulchra is the spider that converted my once arachnophobic fiance to a spider lover like me. Well...she doesn't "love" them yet except for the GBB, but she's getting there. I caught her the other day taking out and playing with the A avic!!! It was awesome that she was doing that, after being a severe arachnophobe for so long.
