Other than letting it dry on it's own there's no way to dry it without removing the t and all. I'd take it out and mix that wet coco with something dry like peat (available at Lowes, walmart, etc for very cheap) until you have a lot more mixture that's now moist rather than wet.

You could also bake it in an oven at a low temp.

more substrate?

IME this species is an obligate burrower and will create verrry deep burrows if given the chance. Mine have 8-10" of substrate and use every inch. They typically create a larger area at the bottom, and hang at the entrance with their (very pretty) toes showing. They are also a lot less snarky if they have a decent burrow to zip back into.
