golden huntsman spiderlings food and care

Hi just got 2 tiny 1/8" golden huntsman spiders .I was wondering the best prey and size to feed them I guess the smallest pinhead cricks fruit flies i can find or can they handle larger I did hear there viscous eaters.But.So far I only got rusty red roaches I gave them 1/8" size and there ignoring them so far.There is not much info about there care.Any suggestion on what to feed and care will be greatly appreciated.

At that size I'd guess they would be crab spiders if they have the same general shape and leg stance. Regardless, they are much the same when it comes to food. They both are hardy, powerful and tenacious predators that can pretty much look out for themselves. Just about any insect up to around twice their body size is on their menu though isopods have reported to have been ignored sometimes. And of course, leave ants out of it. Don't worry about the prey going after the spiders as these kids are quite capable of getting out of harms way. Their only serious enemies are wasps, certain salticids,... and each other. Whatever you do, don't keep lycosids in with them, unless you want to get rid of the wolfies. Sparassids make very short work of wolf spiders and often consider them their preferred prey.
