Neoscona? Maybe crucifera? Got to love the fur coats they wear. OP, giant? Nephila catch atlas moths and occasionally birds.

To me it looks almost exactly like Araneus diadematus but I could be wrong. Regardless, they're all so beautiful :happy:

uhm… well, it's the biggest one I've seen! I'm surprised they can catch birds o_O

Wow that Orb weaver got a huge fly insect..we have about 6 of them around my house and i love too watch them just amazing :)

Nephila have extremely strong webs. They've been seen feeding on birds and frogs that have become entangled.

I only see orb weavers like that at night here in my country. Once the sun goes up, they remove their webs clean and retreat to their hides.
