I use a soldering iron with a small tip and melt the holes.

Those are very, very nice. I see you have the patience to line up all your holes and drill them out to look professional. I have been melting mine through using a super hot bent paper clip. Mine look ok, but yours look much better. Now I am inspired to go make some new ones.
