Um, this thread is like 4 months old. I have done since decided to get a Gbb and got a Honduran curly hair and a dune scorp. Your a little late...

Did you end up getting a useless humidity gauge? I've been in this hobby for a while and I've yet to ever use a humidity gauge.

Yeah I did. I don't have it in any tank right now.
I just got a sling OBT a couple weeks ago at a show for $15. About 1/3 ". As for an enclosure, I used a martini shaker (clear plastic) that I had, works perfect. Has holes in top, I put in a small piece of (boiled) bark leaning on side for it to climb if it wants,along w/about 1 1/2 " of substrate. It pulled/webbed a hide behind the bark and has started webbing thru out the enclosure. I've feed it small crickets which every time the crickets walks it self into the hide.......and Never comes out
. My long point is, wiIth slings, I love shopping at the Dollar Tree, Bed Bath and Beyond or any place you can find cheap useful containers. I've also looked at Parmesan cheese shakers for arboreals

The imagination of a parent sitting down and instantly getting nailed by an angry OBT trying to hide under that comfy pillow is just hilarious (although it would be seriously bad!)

Lol, I thought it was pretty funny. On a serious note; Can we get a mod to lock this thread? It is 4 months old and ever since one guy posted I have gotten more responses on how to keep an obt. I don't need that info anymore lol.
