Getting A Snail! (Small) Road Trip!

Hi, everyone! Today, I'm getting my first pet snail! It's a smaller road trip, and I'm probably heading out in 30 minutes. I need to pack a few things for myself, but I'm also going to bring some lettuce and cucumber slices for my snail! Also, does anybody have any tips for me for my new snail? Thanks in advance!
