For the second time tonight, I've got to ask where you're doing all this looking? WC Pulchra are fairly unusual (although frequent on some dealer's lists) but CB slings have been common since late last summer as their numbers reached the necessary critical mass to keep them coming. Right now a quick glance at dealer stocklists shows that The Spider Shoppe and Cerda have small slings in stock, and Gearhart and Hoke have some larger juves.

Bookmark some dealers and you won't have to keep wondering where to find these things.

Thanks for the info atavuss.

Mine is still eating like a pig, so she isn't ready for a molt just yet. As for the phorid flies, I didn't have any problems with mine. She stayed in the container I bought her in for a couple of days before I moved her and I didn't notice anything strange.

What size did you get, the same size as mine?

That would be great to sell through the site. I'd buy one in a heartbeat (hint-hint, Scott!! :D ).

As for G. pulchra, that's become one of my favorite tarantulas. I have one that's about a year old now, maybe more. It's adorable in its black fuzziness :) They're such slow growers, though! She's only 2" so far.

My 5" girl is so brown.... I wish she would hurry up and molt and be black and beautiful!! She's the one who was knocked off the shelf by the (_*_) cat and kinda crushed with the flower pot. She dropped the injured pedipalp and is happy and healthy.... but brown!:(

=DI second the nomination for Joy's calendar!!! Wouldn't it be a "JOY" to see a new photo of her beautiful Ts each month?=D

Jim, all the pulchras that vendor had were about the same size, I picked the one that looked like it was the closest to a molt.
