Pulchra is so well named. What a gorgeous animal.
For the second time tonight, I've got to ask where you're doing all this looking? WC Pulchra are fairly unusual (although frequent on some dealer's lists) but CB slings have been common since late last summer as their numbers reached the necessary critical mass to keep them coming. Right now a quick glance at dealer stocklists shows that The Spider Shoppe and Cerda have small slings in stock, and Gearhart and Hoke have some larger juves.Originally posted by mdfic
anyone know where i can get a cb sling. everywhere i check it is always wild caught.
Thanks for the info atavuss.Originally posted by atavuss
Jim, the pic I posted was the pulchra I got at the sac reptile show from the same vendor you got yours at. she molted a week after the show. I had to rehouse her quickly as her deli dish was infested with phorid flies!

That would be great to sell through the site. I'd buy one in a heartbeat (hint-hint, Scott!!Originally posted by looseyfur
who else thinks Joy should put out a calender?
Jim, all the pulchras that vendor had were about the same size, I picked the one that looked like it was the closest to a molt.Originally posted by SpiderTwin
Thanks for the info atavuss.
Mine is still eating like a pig, so she isn't ready for a molt just yet. As for the phorid flies, I didn't have any problems with mine. She stayed in the container I bought her in for a couple of days before I moved her and I didn't notice anything strange.
What size did you get, the same size as mine?
