I love it! Not aiming to sound sadistic. How long did it take the pede to cause that damage?

Love the pics! Keep them coming:D

About 2 hrs. At first it wouldn't go near it, kept running away, so I put away the camera and put the pede back on the shelf. When I looked a couple of hours later, it was chowing down.

I can't explain why, but I always get a little laugh when I see the Pede remains. There's just something comical about it. :p
How big is the subspinipes now Scott?

8 " +, probably around nine, but I'm not asking it to hold still so I can put a tape measure to it. :)

Oh, didn't anyone tell you? The secret to measuring a centipede is to say "pretty pleeeeeeeese" in a very sweet voice. Oh, and don't forget the gentle kiss to the pede's forehead. It'll be putty in your hands after that! ;)
