~1.5”dls, blister is visible on left side of abdomen from this perspective. Happened about a week ago. Everything seems fine, for now.
It is in one of those tall amac boxes people very often use for slings. 2.5 inches of sub kept slightly damp. Heat source nearby. No trouble there i believe. I think my mistake was how i set up the cork piece. But mostly bad luck.
This must have happened sometime after its last molt but before it hardend up. I checked after its molt and all looked good, then later noticed this. I believe I had not given it ample space to hide after this molt and it somehow internally injured itself trying to squeeze into a tight space. Ive since adjusted the cork piece i suspect played a role in this.
What im wondering, given the size of the blister, the age of the specimen, my lack of exp with this sort of thing, etc.. Can anyone tell me if they have experienced this and if their T molted through it? I’ve heard this sort of injury can hinder a molt and kill your t.
