How much do they go for as an AF over there? I dont see them available much here.

Adult female would cost quite a bit up here, perhaps $150~200 depending on where you look.. Slings are a lot more plentiful and cheaper of coarse, I got mine when she was around 3/4'' for only 10~15 bucks.
