I looked in to getting one when we first moved here, as I wanted to order some things from Todd G., that he wouldn't sell without the permit. I called Fl. Dept. of Ag, they sent it right out, and I don't believe they charged me. The paperwork was more than I wanted to do at that time, and I guess I'm enough of a Libertarian that I resented having to tell them details of my collection. In addition, because I'm an animal "professional" they wanted details on all the dogs that come through here and I just wasn't going there. It's none of their business what I do with animals from which I'm not gaining profit . rantrantrantrantrant!!!!!
