One of my "nymphs" just matured into an adult female. She is huge about 5 inches and has fully formed wings. She also has the green stripe down the sides of her wings.

I feel so proud to have raised her since she was a hatchling to an adult female ready to breed.

It's amazing to see the difference in size from the L1 to full adult hood. I can't stress how beautiful she is.

Her admomin is fat with eggs. If only I can find some males. For some unknown reason all of the ones I kept for myself turned out to be females. I wonder if the temperature the oothecae was maintained at has anything to do with determining what the sex of the offspring will be? Has anyone had any ideas on this?

Let me know,

Tom
