Feeding your scorps black crickets...

My first scorp was an Emperor and I fed it store bought crickets, superworms and then just about any live "critters" from the yard. I had it for a few months and it later died from what appeared to be intestinal blockage.

I then had a number of H. Spinifer that lived quite a long time, I fed them B. Dubia that I have in the garage.

my emp is eating black crix at the moment, i can get both sorts from the pet shop in the town by me. good job really she seems to prefer the black ones

Probably is refering to the Gryllus assimilis, field cricket
Its better to be safe and buy crix or raise your own. Parisites are usually so bad its not worth the risk to save a penny. I don't think this would affect scorpions but it is really interesting Please read you wont regret it parisite makes grasshoppers commit suicide.
