A row of holes at the substrate level will help move the air up and out the enclosure. I use a drill and smooth out any rough edges.

if its getting too moist u water too much, let it dry

looks like dirt you picked up outside, should be fine to use (remove the bits of plastic), but i would mix it with something organic as it will turn hard as a brick once it dries completly

Yes, you can mix dry substrate with the moist substrate to help dry things out a bit more. I can’t tell what that substrate is at all, but I recommend you have a look at some info on substrates since it’s hard for people to help you online if you don’t know what you’re using. I found this resource helpful:

Another way to help the existing substrate dry out is to aerate it by simply poking some holes into it and letting it dry out on its own.

Ok so it is called "de compost" so i think i just need to remove the plastic and integrate it into my substrate

It should be safe, but if it is freshly composted it will likely have a ton of nutrients left, which can attrackt flies

anyway each soil has pros and cons, as long as it doesnt contain anything harmful like pesticides all are fine to use
