I would suggest stop with the deli cups for food, whatever you want to feed.Use a very shallow dish/deli cup lid or plate.Runners don’t climb smooth surfaces,so giving them the food in a 1inch tall deli cup makes the food unavailable or hard to get to.
In your photo, you have the celery in a deli cup.Simply lay it on the substrate and let them have at it.I equate it to when T keepers put in a deli cup for water. The T is very unlikely to climb the deli cup to drink.Shallower dishes allow the T to easily access the water,if that’s how you supply hydration
The same applies to runners.
Nymph’s/pinheads feed mostly from “the frass”,basically the adults crap.(hey,it is what it is).
To sum up….IMHO.your not feeding enough to your adults to produce enough “frass”to feed and grow your nymph’s.

I think you need more adults, increase food availability, keep them warm/dry.Clean every couple of weeks.Don’t let your male roach overwhelm the colony.More females than males.

Boy!!!im long winded 😆.

Oh I took out the deli cup the moment it was brought up. It hasn't been in there for a long while. And how the hell have I not seen what you just told me anywhere abiut the nymphs eating frass? It seems like important info yet I have not seen it on a single forum or care guide or any other site. So basically, more food in more places? I'm guessing the losing motor function and squirming is just a normal part of them dying then? Also I have yet to see another male since the two that died.
