I have been only feeding in my crickets carrots for now as I have just gotten my first T. Just wanted to know if only carrots were fine

Someone posted a guide to spoiling crickets rotten in the last week or so, try searching for something like "crickets carrots" so you don't have to weed through too many posts. If I find it I'll post a link...

I was feeding organic carrots and spring water and after reading it, felt like I could step up my spoiling game. They get such a short straw in life, I like to treat them well. Based on that post...carrots are not enough.

Here by searching "crickets carrots"

I really need to get back into the habit of gut loading my crix before tossing them to their destiny. A good 24h for sure. Hopefully, I get lucky and get little to no males that chirp incessantly throughout the night ;)

I do a grain base as well, with a water source. Fresh veg/fruit I always provide. And once eaten, skip a day before adding more just to let things solidify...digestively speaking...

I've used fish/dog etc food in a pinch as well when out of fresher things.
