feeding centipedes

i've feed mice to my centipedes...but i also heard some people use crickets..
what are the differences between crickets and mice as a meal for centipedes?
is it ok with me to feed only with mice?
or do i have to feed crickets for sometimes?
some people prefer mice..
but i guess crickets would be needed sometimes..
and what else can i feed them?? :?
any comments welcomed..

Hi.
I routinely rotate between crix, pinkies and anoles. I just recently experimented with beef heart and my S heros loved it. If you're going to stick with one food I don't think mice are a bad choice. The reason I give them variety though is because they would likely encounter both vertibrate and invertibrate prey in the wild. I also recently found a place locally that sells roaches and I plan to try those as well.
