I've noticed an unusual behavior in three of my spiderlings (2 B. albopilosum, 1 G. rosea). They all "vibrate" when you put food into their enclosures. As soon as they sense prey their bodies tense up and quiver for a few seconds before they pounce. It reminds me of a cat stalking prey.

None of my other spiderlings do it, has anyone else seen this behavior?

Hey miss Shark,
I've seen my (former) sling B. smithi do this once. But it most reminds me of the true spiders in the garden, who vibrate their webs when something has flown into it, I think to locate it. Maybe the little t's send vibrations through the webbing they have laid on the bottom to see if there's prey on it, and where the unfortunate victim is. Just a thought,
greetz,
Joost
