On Jan Ove Rein's site, The Scorpion Files, it says that Buthidae is the largest known scorpion family, and that there are 87 genera and 919 species. Yet there is another thing. It says there is an extinct species. Does anyone know what species became extinct, any information about it, have any pictures, or know of any other species that are extinct? This is not extremely important or anything, I was just very interested.
Thanks everyone.
