I got a female Ephebopus cyanognathus today she is about a 4 inch leg span.

Does anyone who has had experience with this species think it is ok for mating as I can get hold of a mature male. Many of the other keeprs I have spoken too seam to think should be ok

Blue Fangs...

I have a 5 inch female too. These don't get real big but I surmise she will be ready to mate after her next shed.
I'm in the same boat, looking for a male for her. So far no luck... :(
It's worth pursuing, these are beautiful!!! :}

Blue Fang Love...

Hi G.
Plenty big enough, go for it. :)
Thank You Lopez!
Yes, my blue fang is one that I rarely catch a view of. Only late at night can I catch a fleeting glimpse of her sitting at the entrance to her burrow.
Only then can I shine my little T flashlight on her and gasp at her beauty.
These are a magnificent addition to any collection!
She needs a boyfriend...
Blue fang slings??? I would pass out from excitement if this endeavor presents itself. I will let you know if I procure a male for her! :)

I would definitely go for it if I were you, considering that other than E. murinus this is a genus of small tarantulas. I have a 4.5" female E. rufescens who is currently holding an eggsac, so I'm sure a 4" female would be ready to go too.
