Emperor Scorpion Care?

These are my first Scorpions!

I received four healthy active Emperor scorpions from Jansen Exotics about a month ago. They now live in a 20 Gal. long tank filled with four inches of potting soil, several hides, a heat emitter keeping the Temperature at 85 F. and fog dispensing waterfal to keep the humidity at around 90%.

I have been feeding them four crickets every other day.

Now one is missing! I didn't see any unconnected scorp body parts in the tank. Also, one of the hides has the entrance completely blocked with soil.

My question is do I need to change anything in their tank or is this normal Emperor Scorpion behavior? :?

You should get some really informative answers on this one from people who know a lot, so I'll just give you some basic answers to start the ball rolling.
The scorp that has covered its hide entrance maybe about to have babies. Yes, you could have a family on your hands, how exciting is that?
