I did too. My ex being a commercial artist I did numerous layouts and graphics. When I tried out Libre Draw and Impress then discovered the powerful import and export engines then discovered Libre CAD... big middle finger to those money mongering corporate swine giants.
Interesting. Can you import the vectors to C4D and Maya? I assume it can export .eps Workflow is a big aspect and adobe and 3D software is very fluid (for design, not CAD for buildings etc). Interesting. But I can't switch in my industry. I trade files often!

I still have some older enclosures I'm slowly cycling out plus I'll be getting another shelf or two here soon and getting rid of the old lizard enclosure.

Rocks and bedding lol. There was a blue tongue skink in it for 13 years, but now it's just being used for gentle bottom heat for slings/juvies.

Lol nope
Ohh there will be, but it won't be mine lol. I made that enclosure out of an old business display case when I was 18. It'll be going full circle here soon as I plan to give it to the original owner's daughter who has a beardie. When I get back into reptiles, I'll probably go with Animal Plastics enclosures. Neat, stackable, able to be flat packed for shipping/storage, customizable etc. Alright, enough derailing lol.
The next reptile I'm getting is either going to be a retic (cow or lavender albino goldenchild) or a leucistic alligator snapping turtle. With the former, I have personal conditions and goals I need to meet to acquire it and the latter is so incredibly uncommon that I haven't seen one for sale since like '09 and I STILL kick myself for passing it up.

I come from Missouri where alligator snappers are in the wild. Honestly if you want to provide the best conditions, I wouldn't get an alligator snapper. They can get enormous, like very very big. Unless you can keep it in a pool in your backyard, you'd be dwarfing it inside a tank indoors.. they are no joke tho.

Edit:
I forgot you're on the East Side :p
You know alligator snappers then. But still, you know they get to be like 3-4 feet long lol. If you get one, I'd love to see the setup.

Oh I know, retics aren't small either lol. I'm more or less looking for another long term pet that can grow as I do, if that makes sense. The good news is AST's have a glacially slow growth rate (especially compared to common snappers, of which I've raised up several), so I'd have several years until even a 75g is outgrown. The bad news is they are endangered and native to Illinois, so there is a state license with a yearly renewal you have to hold to legally own one in IL. If I'm going to go through all that trouble and bureaucracy, I'd prefer it to be a leucistic lol.
