Hiya

So... the clocks go FORWARD an hour now.

That means, here in England its 1:25am rather than 0:25 am yeah?

So, tomorow, when its '9pm' it should really be 8pm though it isn't. Whenever I go through this in my mind I can't think if we get or lose an extra hour of daylight..

hmmm...

9pm is 8pm, meaning that what was 8pm is now an hour later, meaning that we get daylight an hour later? hmmm

It's straight forward yet thinking of it has always confused me...

thanks for any comments :p

we lose a hour when me move ot British summer time. So if you wake up at the same time you normally wake up numerically. you lose an hour of sleep :D

I believe this happens next weekend. We definitely lose an hour, when I was working 12 hour shifts on the weekend I dreaded losing that precious hour of sleep (on the other hand I would always go out that sat. in fall since I got an extra hour)

It does happen next weekend for us yanks, but for our European friends, it went down as of last night.

How's that for confusing, not only do we have to remember time differences, we have to remember if DST has started or not.
