does only feeding dubia cut down on mite infestaions ????

i was wondering if i only feed my t's dubia would it cut down on the risk of a mite infestation. i recently had an out break in 3 of my 15 tanks and noticed that they where only in tanks i put crickets in. and wondered if i only use dubia if it would help out being the bubia are home breed

dry and clean enclosures will cut down on mites
pick up all boluses and uneaten/dead prey keep water dish clean will help definitely
wet and dirty cages breeding grounds for mites and molds
