I have the same issue in one of my enclosures and i didnt even add that much moisture to it. I call it the egg mold.

Its supposed to be ok for tarantulas because its something that is substrate specific. But i dont like it, too much in mine. I have prepared a new enclosure that has been drying out and i will transfer my tarantula in it.

i also had unopened bags of reptisoil full of this stuff. I will be using it, but its drying out. And of course, i am not using the parts with the fruiting bodies of course.

i think what created the issue in my enclosure is i added substrate on top to correct height levels. The mold follows the line of where i added the substrate. And of course, is lining the burrow.

dont worry about it for now. Do some adjustements. Or redo enclosure.

Flower pot mold.
Let sub dry out and it’ll die, or rehouse if you want. Shouldn’t hurt the T, but smells fungal. You can also spot clean the parts with tongs. Very common for me since I have live plants in many enclosures, I ignore it unless it overtakes.

I had the same stuff in one of my king baboon tarantula cages too. I empty the cage, cleaned it, added new substrate and I haven't had the issue since. I wasn't exactly sure what it was, just that it didn't look normal. I just don't take chances like that with my Tarantulas. Thanks for explaining.

Annoying to look at but I wouldn't worry about it unless there was a severe infestation. When I get an outbreak of it I spot clean and usually let the enclosure dry out a bit. Usually solves most of it. If it's really bad you can change the substrate.
