are both of these rather easy to care for? I mean low humidity levels and drysubrate...?

also which is less agressive if it is possible to know. i understand that even though a species may be labeled "aggresive" it is just a generalization. I would just like to know the majority of each species are aggresive and which tends to be moreso.

They're both pretty easy to care for. You have the conditions correct as well. Dry substrate and their humidity needs would be met by having a water dish in the enclosure. You also want to give them enough substrate to burrow in and maybe a hide as well. In general these species of tarantula WILL bite if provoked and it may not take alot to provoke them.
