I wonder sometimes if people think before they provide dismissive and outright rude replies to genuine questions? No wonder members new to the forum choose to remain silent.
I believe the OP's question was answered and the so called sarcastic remarks were directed at the video and not the OP.

I don’t feel like people should hold a tarantula if thay don’t have enough experience to hold it and doesn’t matter how much experience you have you shouldn’t put a tarantula on your face and don’t hold a. Posalferea or a Venezuelan sun tiger because of there venom

Please check this video and tell me if you ever did that -> https://fb.watch/a5RLrqMO5t/

I am afraid to do it but I really enjoyed watching this video. Show me how you touch your spiders if you are not afraid to do so. I don’t touch any of mine as I’m really scared.
i have held each and every one of my slings at one point this wayeither in dram vial or delicup no point in trying to provoke a possible bite just to touch em

You're 26 years old from London. England is more established at keeping tarantulas than us in North America. This is what I believe please someone correct me if I'm wrong here.

With that said I'm pretty sure you know better than this in regards to handling T's and handling them the way it was in the video.

I also believe that you posted this to get members wound up over it.

What I don't believe is you thinking the video represents anything positive.

Have you ever witnessed a tarantula that appears docile and then inflicts a bite at lightning speed? I have....and that T at any moment with the size of those fangs could inflict a very serious mechanical bite no matter how docile it seems.

I don't know what genus and species that T is but I didn't notice any UrS on the abdomen. Could it be OW? You can double down on the severity if bitten and envenomated.

I will never understand where people get the confidence to hold them, all mine are very erratic, even the beginner ones, always liable to dart or change direction suddenly, the slightest thing makes them react and if that happens on your hand then it's splat.

They're far to delicate to take the risk.

Who knows why some people do the things they do but over the years i have seen videos of people intentionally handling tarantulas and centipedes trying to get bit.Does nothing positive for the animal or the hobby but i call it natural selection for the person attempting these foolish acts.

From time to time out of my 40 some odd spiders I have handled

My A chalcodes usually because she is always out wanting to walk around
My B hamoori
One of 8 of my T stirmi during rehousing because he was mellow enough and just wanted to cruise .
The rest are look but don't touch I rarely see any threat displays but some will flick hair at the slightest disturbance and I'd really like to avoid that
