Shouldn't have wandered into here. y'all are selling the genics a little too good!

Seeing as we're just throwing out pics of our genics:

In second picture it looks like it's doing a nice relaxed food coma stretch out after feasting on some innocent human....

question- may have read something about genics having particularly irritating hairs, true or no?

They'll definitely kick hairs, but IDK if there's anything more irritating about their urticating hairs than other New World species. I personally didn't get that irritated at all when my girl kicked hairs at me as I was transferring her to her new enclosure.

Both of those pics are post moult stretches lol.

The hairs are slightly irritating to me but nowhere near as bad as Lasiodora hairs, mine rarely kicks anyway.

Wow those A. Genic photos are gorgeous, this thread ensured they'll be within the next three I add to the collection.

Exactly how I got hooked onto my A. genic...and G. pulchra...GBB, pretty much every T I've got is tied to a picture thread on these boards lol
Everyone should have a genic, a pulchra, and a GBB.

Awesome pics D Sherlod. I hope you plan to mate those beautiful specimens.
If so, I will gladly buy a sling.
