I just revisited the link and to my surprise, yes, you could indeed clearly see a hookah as he was going "to get better lighting." Perhaps the most disturbing element of that video was the sound of a small child in the background. The "character" if you will, in the video is merely another scrap of useless, vile garbage on the streets of the USA. Such a being should NOT, under any circumstances, reproduce or even be around any fragile living thing such as a child.

We have reported this guy to the LV humane society and also the LV Animal shelter in hopes that they will also forward it to Animal Control who does not provide an email on their site.

This makes me sad because my Chinese water dragon lost fingers from this condition. . . my mom had bought him for me as a gift and did not notice two disfigured fingers. He's on a higher calcium diet but we were too late to save all the fingers he lost. I want to get a tank that is more wide than high since he can no longer climb or have my dad help me with a project to make ramps and ledges for him to hang out on.
