I love deer, my homie has some that often travel to his yard.

He will feed them, and when they leave, the deer return with their family.

Tb is very common around the world. So much so locations like hospitals quit checking for it because almost everyone tests positive. But it is strictly an opportunity infector, normally kept in check by the immune system. It usually only becomes problematic with people that have compromised immune systems such as HIV positives. OR if a person eats an animal that had an active Tb condition. Additional bacterium exposure goes exponential.
The safe method to take a deer is wearing a sealed N95 mask and gloves, and carefully removing the entire respiratory tract while using infectious disease protocols. A lung shot can spread the bacterium quite widely and additional precautions are in order.
