i think it's a bulthus. it's unlikely to be an androctonus because of the size of the tail and the lack of dark edging. you should find the person who gave him to you and cover him with scorpiones in his sleep as a punishment.
Not all L.q. may have the darkened fifth metasoma segment, yet despite that there is always the five keel rule and L.q's pedipalps close completely with no gap exists between the tarsus and tibia. Also, while the pedipalp of the L.q is closed the both tarsus and tibia will be no slimmer than the tibia's "palm" despite narrowing. The tibia palm of both A.a and B.o is far more bulbous than the closed tarsus/tibia fingers.
