I found my husband’s Arizona Blond on her back this morning. I’m pretty sure she could molting, but I heard this species is a slow grower and she molted about a month ago. Last time she didn’t go on her back until night and was done by morning, so it was a bit of a shock to see her like this in broad daylight.

Without knowing when it started don’t know. molting this soon after last molt is very unusual.

Looks like a molt. But only a spider knows what it's doing.
All you can do is keep an eye on it!

I wouldn’t move it, if it is molting intervening would not be good!

That is very odd to be so soon, but that is a molt mat she’s flipped on. Has she been eating alright since her last molt? Have you caught her drinking? Do you know if the sucking stomach molted correctly last time? If something didn’t go quite right, she may be trying to correct it. Also, what size is she? Is that egg crate for a hide? They do molt more often when small than when larger.
