dampness and heat

Hi all,
I have a two-fold question. My blondi seems sluggish. The temp in the room I keep my t's in runs about 70 ish. Should I warm her up? If so, how does one warm up a t, without baking them?
Also, humidity. I know blondis are a fairly high humidity species. Other than a humidity gauge, how can one tell the humidity is high enough? Does the substrate feel damp, or more than damp?
Thanks in advance...
Peace,
Gillian

Hi Gillian! :)
One method of heating your T's enclosure is to get either heating strips or a small heat mat (like for reptiles) and place it near (but not against) a side of the enclosure. From there, use a thermometer and adjust the distance between your enclosure and heat source until you have the right temp.
As far as humidity goes, for the humidity that a T blondi requires the substrate should probably feel slightly damp.

Here's a couple care sheets I found. :)

Hope that helps and good luck with her.
