come on does anybody know the life span of a Damon variegatus ?

I've read 5-6 years.

As with other arachnids, probably influenced by temp and quantity and frequency of food. The ones I have don't seem to overeat, though. Not sure if I have variegatus or diadema, but they often leave prey untouched, and sometimes only eat the abdomen.

We've had a female now for over 10 years who was full grown when she was imported, and they grow slowly.
