She is actually very calm in my hands also. Anything else she touches, whether it be the desk, carpet, table, anything, she is very skittish, but when she is on my hand, she just sits there... I guess that hand feeding a couple months ago did pay off... Hell, maybe I'll even try it again. :eek: :D

That Haplopelma sp. "Thailand" is an Ornithoctonus species. Do you know where in Thailand it originates from?

Wow brachy, your H.lividum has some really distinct abdomen markings! Is it postmolt?

here's a pic of his/her stretched out carcass, as soon as it decides to come out for food we'll try to snap another picture. we got it as about a 1" baby 2 months ago, and this is the second molt since we got it. its growing fast! you can check it out eating a couple weeks ago on youtube. (see below)
notice the missing leg...we think maybe the last cricket we put in put up a good fight?
