I stumbled across the following this week:

C. nicholausgordoni, which doesn't appear in the hobby (or it actually does, but is sold as leetzi).
And now I have some questions about it.

  1. Is this just a rumor, a guess, an educated guess, or ...?
  2. What are the bases, the arguments, for this assumption?
  3. Are there any differences between "C. leetzi Venezuela" and "C. leetzi Colombia" in this proposal?
  4. And was the character of the process at male palpal tibia considered?

Maybe somebody have answers to this.

Cheers

That was my rushed guess without any solid proof, based upon two "forms" of leetzi in the trade and a mention somewhere on the Polish forum that one of these could be a different species.
At the moment all I could find is this comparison: https://www.facebook.com/permalink....Nzqo4gZabqzusnUeYf65h845tl&id=100094284551204
Both of these do have white dorsal stripes on the femurs and both have fourth pair of stripes on the abdomen.
Which is interesting, as per Kaderka: "From C. leetzi it [nicholausgordoni] differs by the black femora
without whitish longitudinal stripes on the dorsal face and the presence of the fourth
pair of very narrow lateral stripes near spinnerets."
